The Event Messages app icon

Reach everyone at your event. The moment it matters.

Host posts a message and every attendee who subscribed gets a push notification and a sound on their phone — within seconds.

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play

What it is for

Conferences, tournaments, festivals, trade shows, race days, school trips — anything where plans move and people need to hear about it now. A schedule change, a gate switch, a delayed start, a lost child: you type it once and the people who care are told immediately.

Subscribers use the app for free

And they choose the events to follow. Nobody is added to a list they did not ask for, and unsubscribing is one tap.

Nothing gets lost

Once posted, a message cannot be edited or deleted, and every update stays in a complete list, newest first. Anyone who missed a notification can scroll back and catch up.

More than one voice

Designate staff or volunteers as writers for a single event, so they can post updates from different elements of the event.

How it works

Host creates an event and pays a one-time fee

Give it a name, a description and the dates it runs. Updates can only be posted while the event is live.

Attendees subscribe for free

They find your event in the app and tap Subscribe. They can follow events from several different organisers at once.

Easy to post a message

Type or dictate the update. Every subscriber gets a notification and a distinct sound, even with the app closed.

What it costs

US $89.99 for one event, paid once through the App Store or Google Play. There is no subscription, no per-message charge and no limit on how many updates you post or how many people subscribe. Creating an account and subscribing to somebody else's event are free.
